Greg joined Homeland Realty in July 2007. He has 16 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. He worked for Royal Pacific Realty located in the Oakridge Mall from Decemer 18, 2006 to the end of June 2007 after five years of working with Macdonalds Realty Ltd. Greg looks forward to working with new clients plus his past clientele like he has over the last ten years and for many more years to come.
Greg joined Macdonald Realty on January 7, 2002 as a residential specialist focusing on the Westside/Downtown/West Vancouver home, townhome, and condominium market. Greg has sixteen years experience in residential real estate, selling detached homes, townhouses and condos. He started working with Century 21 a franchise owned by he and his family. Greg has earned a "Relocation Specialist" certificate through the Western Relocation Corporation. He has also worked in Vancouver in the hotel and restaurant industry, allowing an additional understanding of Vancouver's diverse customer base. The core of his work ethic is honesty, reliability, integrity, and compassion for his clients. Greg and his wife live in the Fairview neighbourhood of Vancouver.
The home & the strata market has evolved greatly in the last decade, with new construction techniques, retrofitting of defective designs, and complex changes to governing legislation. Through this time, Greg has maintained expert product knowledge, dedication, and his sense of humour.
Greg's most recent award was for 'Sales Achievement' in 2010 where he was the 'number 3 ranked agent' in Homeland Realty out of 300 realtors he also won an award for 'Outstanding Sales Achievement' in 2009 with Homeland Realty plus and award for his dedication and commitment to his clients. He also received a 'Special Recognition Award' For Outstanding Sales Performance in 2003 with Macdonald Realty.
