I started speaking with Vendors/Owners living in Vancouver prior to the Olympics being awarded in 2010. I would go knocking on doors along the Cambie Corridor and educate the owners about how the city of Vancouver was looking to increase the density for more people to be able to live in Vancouver in more affordable homes, such as apartments & townhouses since houses were not affordable to most of the population. I work with both the developer and the Vendor/Owner but never at the same time in putting together agreements that both are satisfied with.
