Hi Everyone,

The week started out the way the weekend ened with beautifull sunny weather. It is Wednesday morning and we have our first gray day in over a month. It is nice to have a little variety I was getting bored with all the sunny and hot days.

I am expecting relatives to start arriving in Vancouver starting on Thursday for my Brother - in law Di’s Rehersal Dinner on Friday evening and Wedding Ceremony and reception on Saturday. There is the hustle and bustle already at Mom’s home since Fay and Chris my wife’s sister and husband arrived on Monday evening. We are all getting very excited for Di and Alena’s wedding. Di is the last of the five children to get married! If you know chinese families everyone is very worried that the wedding goes okay and that Di and Alena will be very happy in their married life.

Sherry ( my beautiful wife) will be taking off also for the next two weeks which is a much needed holiday for her since it is her first holiday this year besides stat holidays and having to rush off to Philadelphia with me in frigid January weather when my Dad was very ill. My wife is the best!

To update you on how my real estate is doing the subjects were removed on my condo deals. I am working with clients looking for homes in the Burnaby South Slope area, Victoria (Vancouver East) area and the Douglass Park area. I am also working with clients looking for suites in the Yaletown, Coal Harbour and West End areas. Some of my clients will become my sellers’ once we find them the home that fits their needs. Like I always say to my clients I want them to buy a home that they will be happy with, that time is not an issue.
