The year 2005 is ending up on a very positive note for myself in the real estate business and on a personal side. Real Estate in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland has continued to grow in 2005 by an average of 13% - 15%. I forsee that real estate will continue to grow in 2006 by another 10% and possible more depending on the total amount of listings available and the demand from buyers in the beginning of the year.
